Job Description

Smart Infrastructure - Regional Solutions & Services


The successful candidate will act as an integral role for key customers and holding responsibility for the effective planning and working quality of execution and minor retrofitted works.

The responsibilities also include:

  • Supports budget and forecasting activities with Sales Manager
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements to provide product or service that best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
  • Calculate client quotations, administer client accounts
  • Negotiating tender and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from company products and services and travelling to visit potential clients
  • Work with the technical team for the design of customized digital services and energy solutions, making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
  • Provide technical assistance and product education as well as after-sales support services
  • Support the department to develop solution and product portfolio for the market
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts


Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence
and experience are invited to apply:

  • University graduate in Mechanical / Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Energy & Environment or related disciplines
  • At least 3 - 5 years’ experience of engineering and sales in the related fields
  • Knowledge of HVAC installation, energy performance solution and smart building solution is preferred
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to collaborate with international specialist team
  • Strategic, self-initiative and result-driven
  • Proficient in English and Chinese
