SUMMARY OF THE JOB
Support HK export and domestic sales related work to maximize business opportunities. Assist senior sales manager to plan, monitor and execute all sales activities, provide support in daily operative/administrative tasks. Develop and maintain export & B2B customers by receiving , processing and verifying the accuracy of orders from customers. Ensure customer needs are met. Ensure customer requirement are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics.
MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support on developing and maintaining export/B2B customers by providing suggested brand portfolios and follow up orders , liaising where necessary with relevant stakeholders for order closure. Ensure customer requirements are properly documented and communicated regarding the orders and logistics
Provide support in daily operative tasks for sales and account management ( both retail and export)
Gather and analyze data and provide sales report to help plan sales activities accounting to the sales data
Handle complaints and other issues affecting customer orders, liaising where necessary with relevant stakeholders to solve order issues
at least 3 years experience in relevant industry. With export or distributor business experience is a plus
