Job Role Introduction

To better serve our growing industry, we seek to expand our sales team.  As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be reporting to the founder and CEO.  You will be responsible for generating sales revenue from new client acquisition and existing clients, and maintaining long term client relationships, in order to achieve sales goals and accurately report sales result to senior management.   As an expert of our service, you will tailor solutions that would help the clients to achieve their targeted results effectively.  To excel in this role, you would also have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Senior Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Develop goals and strategy to ensure the business goals are met.
  • Build sales pipeline by cultivating prospects, creating new business opportunities and managing/expanding existing customer relationships to maximize sales growth.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision makers in targeted accounts.
  • Research organizations and industries to find new opportunities.
  • Develop new markets and identify business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

Senior Sales Manager Requirements:

  • Must be university graduate with over 5 years’ sales experience in the Media, Public Relations, Investor Relations, Advertising, Marketing and/or Financial industries.
  • Being strategic, effective consultative selling skills and excellent networking and relationship building.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, including compelling presentation skills in English.
  • Self-motivator and solid time management skills displaying ability to master high-gain selling activities.
