Job Description

Overall Purpose of Job:

  • Responsible to define and negotiate business plans and manage activities of e-commerce platform to ensure budget sales volume and profit are met or exceeded. To be accountable and provide strategic planning for all aspect of sales operation and sales development of e-commerce platform.
  • He/she is responsible to provide data analysis, customer presentation and business review by using a variety of data analytic. The incumbent works closely with both Customers and KC internal and is seen as key driver of the account to both groups.

Major Responsibility Areas

  • Lead the expansion on e-commerce to develop online business strategies, to drive online sales and enhance users’ experiences to meet commercial objectives
  • Work with marketing and trade marketing teams to ensure we have the right level of digital media investment that maximize online sales
  • Make recommendations on traffic optimization leading towards a better media efficiency
  • Provide fact-based input to the brand teams to ensure that product offers meet the e-commerce need.
  • Optimize e-stores journey, maximize user engagement and conversion rate
  • Based on strong data analysis, develop solid understanding of our customers’ onsite behavior and set merchandising action plans accordingly
  • Ensure that segmentation and personalization opportunities are used to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Share recommendations of the website design, initiate new features and online tools based on merchandising best practices

Qualifications and Experience

  • University degree in Marketing or Business field with at least 8 years experienced in driving online sales & online merchandising
  • Pro-active, result-driven, confident, articulate, able to inspire strong collaboration with brand teams and countries
  • Comfortable challenging our online performance based on facts and industry best practices
  • Strong knowledge in online traffic acquisition and conversion optimization
  • Analytical, familiar with web analytics tool
  • Motivated and wants to influence and make an impact
  • Comfortable working with teams from all levels.
