Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and develop business plan to grow;
• Expand the assigned current customers business by promoting value added, design, engineering services, etc.;
• Prepare for competitive quotation to win business awards and continue drive for accounts profitability;
• Develop and maintain close relationship and personal network with current and potential customers;
• As the key interface with customers on business and responsible to handle all sales related functions;
• Travel and entertain customers visits.

 Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Electronics Engineering or related disciplines;
• At least 10 years relevant experience in EMS industry and working experience with Japanese customers is a must;
• Hands on experience in sales/ business development/ production and project management gained from multi-national organizations;
• Knowledge in manufacturing quality system is preferred;
• Good communication, problem-solving and organizing skills;
• Customer-oriented, self-driven and able to meet challenges;
• Good spoken and written Japanese (N2 or above), English and Mandarin.
