Responsibilities

• Manage the tourist segment to achieve the business target and enhanced customer satisfaction
• Formulate CRM strategies to create and sustain competitive advantages for business growth
• Motivate staff to deliver high service quality to both internal and external customers
• Review operations and improve operational efficiency

Requirements

• A university degree / tertiary qualifications with a minimum of ten years’ experience
• Work experience in PRC
• Experience in co-ordination and logistic arrangements
• Good relationship management skills and ability to network with relevant corporations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proficient command of Putonghua
