Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop beverage innovations and assortments

  • Build a holistic understanding of consumers. Discovers insights and turn them into growth opportunities
  • Assist in developing relevant beverage concepts based on consumer insights, flavour trends and evaluates the ideas with stakeholders
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to convert innovative ideas into a scalable launch
  • Maintain up-to-date operational knowledge of in-store beverage preparations and operations standards
  • Assist with business unit programs or products as appropriate

Business analysis and development

  • Develop an understanding on overall category performance and the environment in which the Company operate in
  • Assist with the development of beverage business plans, promotional recaps, creative briefs and presentation to senior leadership
  • Participate in the ongoing generation of new category and business development programs
  • Assist in analyzing consumer and market tracking data and report findings to support category strategy development
  • Manage best practice sharing, competitive movements, post-promo evaluations and coordinates distribution to the field and relevant departments

Project Management and Market Facing

  • Independently leads gatekeeping process for innovations/renovations and follow up actions
  • Lead and drive beverage conversations and alignment with responsible markets. Works closely with retail, field partners and business units to facilitate communication and ensure project integration
  • Prepare written communications such as meeting recaps, follow up actions and recommendations
  • Respond to a variety of requests from field marketing and category partners
  • Foster cross-functional relationships with multiple business units, partners and customers. Provide Category expertise to cross-functional teams

Others

  • Lead activities for a specific business area and ensure effective communication of its products and programs
  • Develop, manage and recap giving programs in conjunction with team members from other business units
  • Proactively synthesizes business updates and key issues with recommendation on follow up discussion with managers
  • Coordinate annual marketing & category conference, events and researches

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience of sales and marketing, product and brand management
  • Solid working knowledge of marketing and communications fundamentals with business acumen
  • Experience in consumer research a plus
  • Ability to manage and organize data with analysis to provide meaningful insights and business projections
  • Ability to lead or assist leadership on cross-functional projects and teams
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Chinese, both orally and in writing
