Job Description

Job Summary:

HKDL Corporate Alliances & Operating Participants team develops and manages complex, long-term, multi-dimensional relationships with select brands and companies. The team creates incremental value to HKDL and its partners through creative development of marketing and sponsorship programs, management of partner and tenant relationships within its theme park and hotels, with other business units at HKDL and broader Disney enterprise. The Corporate Alliances organization leverages company and partner assets to create value for its individual operating units and for the Walt Disney Company globally.

The Specialist’s primary role is to provide analytical, marketing, and logistic support to the Corporate Alliances team, to develop and deliver revenue-generating and co-marketing programs in support of the Corporate Alliance strategic plan established for HKDL.

Specifically, the Specialist will support Senior Specialists and Account Managers managing current corporate alliance partners, ranging from delivery of contractual commitments and brand integration, identification and execution of various initiatives to maximize revenue and attendance, conceptualization and execution of co-marketing programs and day-to-day servicing of alliance relationships.

In addition, the Specialist will own and manage current corporate alliances accounts and will be in charge of related aspects of the partnerships including delivery of contractual commitments and brand integration, identification and execution of various initiatives to maximize partners’ revenue, conceptualization and execution of co-marketing programs and day-to-day servicing of alliance relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide analytical and marketing support to the Corporate Alliances team, to develop and deliver revenue-generating and co-marketing programs in support of the Corporate Alliance strategic plan established for HKDL.
  • Coordinate with internal partners and clients to manage revenue-generating projects in terms of redemption and fulfillment process, status reporting and performance tracking, and supporting account managers to review and enhance such projects for long-term success.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like HKDL’s Revenue Management, Marketing, Sales and Digital Business; and operation teams to conduct monthly and quarterly report analytics for Alliance partners, operating participants and team.
  • Assist Corporate Alliances team in managing corporate hospitality benefits, and coordinating internal and external meetings & events.
  • Lead and manage strategic discussions with partners to deliver on contractual commitments, initiate and deliver revenue-generating and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Managing partners’ expectation to activate HKDL assets and intellectual properties (IPs). For example, a banking partner would ask to use HKDL IPs for co-brand opportunities; while Corporate/Segment may have brand equity considerations.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 3 years or above of relevant experience in account management, brand management or digital marketing would be preferred.
  • Able to understand both external and internal stakeholders’ business opportunity and purpose in negotiations. Aim to achieve win-win focus and creative solutions.
  • Positive, engaging, innovative with sound problem solving skills
  • Communicative and be able to navigate the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft office such as PowerPoint and word
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills (English, Cantonese and Putonghua)
