Responsibilities

• Provide business analysis and process design expertise in financial areas (FICO), Procurement areas (MM) or human capital management areas (HCM) 
• Translate business objectives and requirements into business and system design that can be supported by SAP and delivered 
• Analyze business model by formulating and defining application scope and objectives, and devising procedures or complete workflows to solve business requirements or issues 
• Provide consultancy and propose solutions to business departments that effectively resolve their operation and business problem 
• Participate all activities in project implementation cycle: configuration, documentation on design functional specification, system integration test, user training, user acceptance test, data migration and cutover 
• Support daily operation, including functionality clarification, impact analysis, issue troubleshooting 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematics or Information Technology related fields a minimum 
• SAP certification(s) is preferable 
• Minimum five years of experience in SAP project implementation, with at least 4 full cycle implementation experiences in SAP FICO / HCM modules 
• Experience of SAP BPC is a definite advantage 
• Solid and strong business and technical skills in SAP FICO, MM or HCM modules 
• Good understanding and solid experience of full cycle of SAP implementation 
• Proficient in spoken and written English 
• Fluent in Cantonese Chinese speaking is preferred 
• Possess of good analytical skill and be detail oriented 
• Strong business sense and excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills 
• Work effectively in teams and independently on assigned projects 
• Get along with fellow employees and work as a team 
• Have a well groomed, professional appearance 
• With Self-motivated and strong inter-personal skills working in a team 
• Process and performance minded with strong sense of discipline 
• Be able to handle multiple tasks with good sense of priority 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for specialist level position
