Job Description

Our client is a fast-paced private company with young culture. They are currently seeking for experienced Senior TA manager with outstanding people skills to manage our personnel and ensure that our human resources programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned to overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership in making strategic decisions such as salary planning, business direction, team expansion with strong people management skills.
  • Report to the Group's Founder/Managing Director
  • Responsible for the talent acquisition and business partner activities
  • Develop the corporate policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment, and interviewing policies.
  • Develop recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…
  • Ensure all HR activities are in full compliance with the Company policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization
  • Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
  • Manage and guide development of corporate employment resource
  • Support the department head in managing budget for recruitment life cycle
  • Lead brand building exercise and facilitate recruitment projects

Requirements:

  • Strong bachelor degree in HR or equivalent from reputable university
  • At least 8 years' work experience in financial services industry gained in Hong Kong or PRC with proven track record of success
  • Able to develop strong and effective business partnership with teams
  • Able to follow up with recruitment services in an effective manner
  • Familiar with HK and PRC employment related regulations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua is a must.
