Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day operation and maintenance of building services installations and building elements
-
Assist in managing A&A and monitor fit-out works of outsourced contractors and tenants
-
Prepare quotations and tenders for daily works together with monitor and coordinate those works carried out by contractors
-
Provide guidance, support and supervision to in-house technicians in customer service and routine maintenance and emergency repairs
-
Assist in budget preparation and costs control
Requirements
- Degree / higher diploma in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering /Building Studies / Building Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building construction/ renovation, Building Services / property and / or facilities maintenance / consultancy
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and mature, able to work in a diverse environment
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Be familiar with MS applications, AutoCAD, project management scheduling, etc.
