Job Description

Our client is one of the biggest commercial banks. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a high calibre to join them.

 

We are now seeking for a SENIOR TRAINING MANAGER (BANKING)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, coordinate and deliver training solutions in accordance with the company's development strategy
  • Assess training needs, develop training plans and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
  • Coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of language courses and other training solutions
  • Assist in other training-related projects

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years solid training and management experience
  • Experience in Retail/Commercial/Corporate Banking is an advantage
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good language ability in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is compulsory)
