Job Description

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare daily services planning, scheduling & booking;
  • Provide good customer service through prompt response to customers and follow up actions;
  • Expedite order processing, follow up logistics and warehouse to ensure timely delivery;
  • Support service team and be responsible for day-to-day customers enquires;
  • Input/update data (such as services dockets/order backlog) into systems;
  • Generate & prepare service reports;
  • Ad hoc duties as when required.

Do you have what it takes? If you want to be considered for this role you will need:

  • Diploma or above with 1 year working experience, experience in scheduling/booking in service industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in PC operation, e.g. MS Office and MS Windows;
  • Good communication & analytical skill;
  • Patient and detail mind;
  • Self-motivated with positive working attitude and willing to learn.
