Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Project Manager to oversee, monitor and implement special projects, programmes and activities of the centre to deliver quality services to target recipients in the community
  • Assist in planning, implementing and monitoring the progress of service projects
  • Liaise with different stakeholders including school personnel, instructors and participants
  • Prepare minutes, agenda and presentation materials for various meetings
  • Collect information to compile service statistics and reports as required by the funders
  • Implement assigned duties from immediate supervisor

 

Requirements:

  • University graduates with minimum 3 years’ working experience
  • Working Experiences for projects in social service settings will be an advantage
  • Good command in both written & spoken English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Tactful, well-organized and willing to work under pressure
  • A proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
