A typical day in this Role: 

  • Interact with the Big Data Product Owner and the Development Manager on the definition of the development plan for the implementation of the products' features
  • Interact with the Big Data Product Owner and the Development Manager on the definition of the development plan for the implementation of the products' features
  • Update constantly the projects' stakeholders on the roadmap, development progress and the delivery plan of the big data products' features
  • Collect requests from projects stakeholder relating the delivery of services in the big data service catalogs
  • Help to shape the big data service catalogs, define new services and engagement models
  • Interact with the DevOps Lead to prioritize service delivery activities
  • Update constantly the projects' stakeholders on the progress of services delivery

 

This job is a good fit for You if:  

  • You have experience in service delivery, ideally in big data products/services
  • You have good communication skills
  • You are motivated and enjoy teamwork.

 

What we look for:

  • University degree or equivalent education in Computer Science, Engineering or Economy disciplines
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at different kind of hierarchy levels
  • Fluent English language skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a globally distributed environment
  • Strong organizational skills, structured thinking, and strong interpersonal skillset
  • Project management experience
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Hand-on experience with Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
  • Understanding of Data Science, Big Data and Analytics concepts
  • Understanding of cloud computing paradigms
