Job Description

Responsibilities

  • According to rules to provide with technical services such as equipment installation, testing and maintenance.
  • Coordinate with Technical Manager dealing with issues of product complaint.
  • Be responsible for spare parts inventory management.
  • Be responsible for providing technical training to clients and users.
  • Other duties as assigned in accordance with business demands.
  • Able to work overtime

 

Requirements

  • College’s degree in Electronic / Engineering / IT or relevant discipline.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience of maintenance. With IT knowledge will be in advantage.
  • Excellent customer service ethics and technical service oriented.
  • Good interpersonal skills and team spirit, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Good command of English, both in reading and speaking.
  • Good command of MS software and relevant operational system.
