Job Description

The successful candidate will support our Service Sales team to drive the business of our Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) Maintenance Service of HKT

The Job

  • Secure renewal of ICT products maintenance service subscription contracts for assigned customer accounts 
  • Strive to win-back untapped service users to increase service revenue and market share of the Company 
  • Maintain customer relationship and manage the service sales cycle from service selling to service contract completion 
  • Liaise with Product team, Engineering team and vendors directly for maintenance quotation preparation
  • Assist in customer service review meeting for major customers

The Person

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 year sales or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of IT/telecommunications products and services is a plus
  • Attentive to details, aggressive, mature, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
