Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for service department daily operation (Quotation, Purchase Order & Invoice approval)
  • Monitor and review KPIs to identify issues and improvement areas by conducting root cause analysis
  • Conduct periodic review, update maintenance procedures and systems, manage and monitor the technical performance to ensure the product technical performance continuously up to company standard
  • Compile and manage related budgets and controls
  • Technical inputs on new projects and developments
  • Lead, coach and develop own service technicians
  • Review daily job sheet and duty roster to secure effective productivity and service quality
  • Interface with customers and suppliers on technical support aspects
  • Build and regularly review the mechanism of daily job distribution and parts preparation

Requirements

  • Degree /High Diploma holder, preferable in Electronic & Electrical Engineering disciplines
  • Possess at least 7 years’ relevant experience, preferably in home appliance with management experience
  • Sound knowledge in electronic testing equipment or telecommunication field
  • Good analytical, problem solving skills and technical service management
  • Possess good planning and organizing skills, good knowledge in workshop management and industrial work safety
  • Be confident and determined; patient and customer-oriented
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
