Job Description

Education:

  • F.5 or above, engineering background/technical knowledge is a plus

 

Experience:

  • With 3 year experience in maintenance service or customer service field preferred

 

Skills:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Be well organised and able to multi-task
  • Good at time management
  • Self-motivated, responsible and a good team player
  • Mature, present personality
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially in Excel

 

Job Description:

  • To handle global maintenance contracts
  • To co-operate with service team and customers for daily operation and maintenance work arrangement
  • To follow up warranty claim with supplier
  • Problem solving
  • To arrange machine installation work with logistics and customers
  • Immediate available preferred
