- Develop strategic business development plan and direct the activities of the teams
- Build networking and establish relationship with SMEs to acquire new customer base
- As a hunter to bring in and develop loan business in both secured and unsecured segment
- Be responsible of the loan review and other follow up work after client on-board
- Ensure adherence to credit operational processes, comply to regulatory and control requirements
- University degree in business related disciplines
- Minimum 5 year of sales experience in banking industry and preferably with 1-2 years of people management experience
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
