Job Description

A world leading buying office is looking for a Social Compliance Officer to join their young and dynamic team.


  • Developing and executing the audit strategy to help to mitigate risk and comply with company and customer requirement.
  • Ensure social compliance through regular inspections and reporting.
  • Review, analyze and report compliance discrepancies for all facilities and suppliers and follow up on CAP
  • Investigate problems, develop solutions to develop sustainable corrective actions for compliance discrepancies.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Experience on Social Compliance audits in China is a must and excellent knowledge in China law / social audit requirement. Experience in other countries will be an advantage
  • 4 -6 years related experience in social compliance
  • Independent worker, strong problem solving skill
  • Willing to travel
