Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure highest standard of product quality to meet or exceed customers expectations;
  2. Supervise daily production and cooking activities, pro-actively contribute to enhancement of our current  products by establishing standardization at best operational efficiency;
  3. Ensure highest standards of established hygiene & safety regulation be maintained at all times.

Requirements:

  1. Possess a passion for fine food
  2. Good customer service, presentation and interaction skills
  3. At least 5 years experience
