University graduate. Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Training is an advantage but not a must
A minimum 7 years’ solid experience and in-depth knowledge in all aspects of learning and development including learning needs analysis, program development, management, delivery and evaluation. (candidates with less experience might be considered for the position Senior Manager, Learning and Development)Proficient in MS Office
Learning and development experience in banking or finance industry is preferred
Good command of English and Chinese; fluency in Mandarin is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
Sound analytical, vendor management, facilitation and presentation skills.
Passionate about learning and development.
Attention to details, able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Possess a can-do and innovative mindset.
