Job Description

Our Catering Department manages one of the largest and most diverse catering operations in Hong Kong. We provide a wide range of catering, sports and recreation facilities for Members and their guests in three Clubhouses. In addition, both Happy Valley and Sha Tin Racecourses have numerous catering facilities used by Members, non-members and corporate organizations for a variety of functions.



You will:

  • assist the Sports and Leisure Manager in leading a team of recreation staff to plan and implement innovative recreation and sports programmes / services in Sha Tin Clubhouse
  • oversee the daily operation including staff rostering and training, daily administration and budget control
  • interact and develop excellent Member relations
  • involve in the projects planning and management of the recreation facilities


You should have:

  • a degree in Recreation and Leisure Management with 3 years working experience at supervisory level in the sports and leisure field 
  • high level of creativity to conceptualise and implement new recreation programmes / services 
  • good  awareness of market trends and sound knowledge of facility and recreation management
  • good leadership and excellent interpersonal skills with strong initiatives to interact with customers
  • good communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese
