Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily store administration duties including but not limited to regular sales reports, petty cash claims, inventory in/out reports for our stores
  • Communicate among stores and with the retail office
  • Support store operations
  • Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Work location: in-store; on shift; 5-day work week

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • One year of clerical experience, preferably from retail industries
  • Detail-minded, proactive and sensitive in numbers
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in written English
  • Fluent Cantonese, conversational English and Mandarin
  • Immediately available will be an advantage
