Job Description

  • Luxury Skincare / Make Up Brand
  • Attractive benefits and commission scheme

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily store operation
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve business targets
  • Provide training and coaching to the team to ensure the service standard & grooming in line with brand guidelines
  • Manage the manpower and prepare the duty roster
  • Prepare sales and inventory reports for management review



Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 5-8 years sales experience with at least 3 years in supervisory level, gained from luxury beauty in an advantage
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Independent, proactive and detail-minded
