A top-notch brand of luxury goods would like to invite high caliber to join the team.   The Store Manager will effectively lead, develop, coach and support to Sales to meet sales targets.  This position is in charge of the overall store management, team development, scheduling, sales and training to ensure operational effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales to achieve target by categories
• Analyse sales reports and propose strategies/initiatives to uplift sales
• Manage, coach and develop frontline team, ensure service level as well as maintain the brand standard
• Operate assigned store efficiently in compliance of company standard
• Ensure all sales activity complies with corporate brand standards and directives, including product presentation and visual merchandising

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of retail sales experience in which at least 2 years at management level
• Luxury brand experience is definitely an advantage
• Strong in store operations, sales & service, people management and training experience
• Result-driven, proactive, excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable with strong sense of responsibility plus problem solving ability
• Proficient in computer literacy and fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
