Job Description

Our client is a well- establish Luxury brands in Hong Kong. They are now looking for the high calibres to join their team in Citygate Tung Chung / Airport. 

Job Descriptions

  • Identify key issues and opportunities for revenue growth
  • Develop KPI target with measurable and actionable steps to achieve goals
  • Monitor sales performance through in depth analysis of but not limited to sales trend, average spending, traffic report, conversion ratio, transaction value, customer base, sell through report, inventory level, etc. Identify ways to improve bottom line
  • Motivate and inspire the team by delivering a compelling vision and purpose which encompasses company core values.
  • Create and manage the execution of the store business plan to drives KPI results and maximizes business opportunities to include CRM, Loyalty and technology.
  • Manage the controllable components of the P&L to achieve all store financial and expense targets.
  • Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive results.
  • Consistently assess and provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching, scheduled touch bases, individual development planning and the performance review process.
  • Lead all visual directives ensuring mapping and floor sets are properly planned, scheduled and executed seamlessly within allotted time frame.
  • Oversees and ensures efficiency of all daily operational procedures.

  • 打造良好客戶體驗,建立客戶忠誠度
  • 激勵團隊工作,對自身品類的銷售業績及客戶服務質量負責;帶領及推動前線團隊達致公司銷售指標
  • 了解銷售現狀及庫存情況,確保店鋪商品充足,最小化商品庫存損耗
  • 時刻關註購物環境及品牌形象,確保顧客體驗的安全舒適
  • 跟進品牌的店鋪市場活動並收集回饋
  • 進行銷售及數據分析作出店舖生意匯報
  • 通過個人貢獻,熱情態度及領導力,起到良好的模範及激勵作用
  • 積極參與店鋪各項活動,提供解決性方案及建議

Requirement

  • Minimum 5 years experiences in sales and service in the retail industries;
  • Good communication skills, willing to share, good at guiding and motivating others;
  • Positive team spirit, willing to be a role model for others;
  • Quick learning ability, willingness to work and planning for career future
  • English communication skills are preferred.
  • 最少5年零售及服務行業銷售及服務經驗;
  • 良好的溝通能力,樂於分享,善於引導和激勵他人;
  • 積極的團隊合作精神,願意成為他人榜樣;
  • 快速學習能力,有職業發展意願和規劃能力,吃苦耐勞;
  • 具備英語溝通能力者優先。
