Job Description:
Directly reports to Managing Director, mainly in charge of assisting with all retail projects and store planning activities for TimeVallée. The role of the Store Project Manager is to plan, execute and finalize projects accordingly to strict deadlines and within budget. These include coordinating the effort of the third party contractors, suppliers and consultants in order to deliver projects accordingly to plan.

KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market and Brands analysis, customer segmentation and competition benchmarking for network development with local partners
- Evaluate project’ survey, data analytics, report and build ID cards to present to Brands
- Provide Brands top management with bi-monthly ROP
- Establish efficient collaboration with SWMs/operators/external brands aggregating around TV Roll out
- Assess capex budget and elaborate business plan with Operators
- Secure deals and Brand alignment
- Align Brands on TV layout floor plan. Lease area size, location, visibility, attribution of facade window showcases/ light box…
- Design, implement, execute and manage boutique design & opening cycle and to ensure it is achieved on cost, quality and time
- Direct all initiatives and capex to ensure project completion within corporate standards and quality
- Brief and assist architects for all layouts developments
- Supervise projects stakeholders: designers, project managers, millworker, general contractors, VM supplier
- Source new suppliers and conduct regular market visit, factory audit to reduce TV generic capex
- Act as HQ approver regarding TV design concept
- Initiate, formulate and define TimeVallee diversified retail design concept: evolution brands retail visibility & experience area on layout (Travel Retail, Pop UP) and present recommendation to Managing Director
- Build local sourcing procurement network leading to capex expenses reduction per sqm
- Direct VM / PLV development and implementation in cooperation with Retail performance Manager
- Supervise store zonings, layouts to contribute to the productivity & efficiency of TV stores
- Design and define TV Pop up experiential store concept
- Design and define TV Travel retail concept. Evaluate budget and participate to business plan for Operators
- Organize workshops leveraging design-thinking techniques for cross-functional teams (digital, marketing, retail operation) and coach interns
- consolidate TV store agreement contract update & adjustment negotiation between legal department and operators
- Support TV staff in Paris for SIHH booth layout design, budget, implementation
- Ensure alignment of store design concept development with TV retail operation & Marketing team
- Supervise TV Chart development
- Achieve capex reduction
