Strategic Planning Manager
We are seeking an exceptional strategist who is passionate about delivering sustainable competitive advantage to grow and transform businesses. This position will lead the delivery of true excellence in integrated strategy, developing integrated digital, communication, creative and media strategies and increasingly on digital products and services.
It is your role to ask the right questions to gain insight into consumer behaviour in order to deliver brilliant data-driven solutions which meet our clients’ objectives.
You will apply your brand, market, consumer, data, media and creative understanding to deliver business value and clear and concise communication frameworks. Working with specialist teams to develop a clear data-driven campaign strategy and justify its expected delivery against client objectives and or key performance indicators.
The Ideal Candidate
As an inspirational figure, you’ll be building senior client relationships and challenging and developing briefs to push media up the business agenda.
You will be extremely capable across the board and move with ease between data, consumers and ideas. With an appetite for new learning and driving change you will be a trusted partner for clients and a strong leader amongst the team.
You will have 6+ years of relevant experience and a great track record of building brands through a range of approaches, including advertising, social media, CRM, search, innovation, and media and connections planning.
Demonstrated ability for delivering strategic solutions AND rolling up your sleeves to bring those solutions to life, as well as leading clients into new strategic areas.
