Student Affairs Assistant II (2 posts) in the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (Ref.: 498443) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefit scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should have a Diploma or above, with 5 passes in HKCEE, including English (min. Grade C if Syllabus A/Level 2 from 2007), Chinese (Level 2 from 2007) and Mathematics, or min. Level 2 or equivalent in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics, and at least 2 years’ office experience. They should also have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), good organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently; be meticulous and a good team player. Proficiency in PC applications such as MS Office, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop would be an advantage. The appointees will be responsible for the daily office operations of amenities centres including reception counter service, general clerical duties, bookings management, documentation and other duties as assigned. This post is equivalent to the rank of Clerical Assistant in the University.
