Summer Internship Programme
In Publicis Groupe’s summer internship program, undergraduate students get a full immersion into the agency’s culture of integration – known as the “Power of One”.  In this groundbreaking setup, the best talents from different specializms meet and collaborate, cultivating sophisticated, one-stop full-integrated marketing and communications campaigns on a global scale.   

In the summer programme, interns interact with a variety of agency leaders, embark on complex real-life business challenges, to build relationships and take home professional skills that last far beyond an amazing summer at Publicis Groupe.

Internship Duration:
6 to 8 weeks (July to Aug 2021)

Job Description - Creative

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the creative team on existing client work and new creative pitches
  • Develop fresh insights that can help drive internal brainstorm sessions 
  • Participate in developing creative briefs, articulating key insights and a clear point of view
  • Support the creative team on copywriting assignments by developing engaging written work that delivers a powerful brand message
  • Collaborate actively on a wide range of creative platforms - with a basic understanding of a graphic design, video, web, and mobile apps
  • Generate innovative client solutions
  • Define the vision of projects and effectively communicate that vision to colleagues and clients through skillful design
  • Be an “audience advocate” by understanding the clients’ business and keeping abreast of their business issues and relevant cultural events and trends that affect your audience

Key Learning:

  • Understand the advertising industry and market landscape
  • Understand the work flow in an ad agencies
  • Understand basic print production and creative concept
  • Build up market research skills and analytical skills 


  • Undergraduate in Business, Marketing, preferably 3rd year or final year students
  • Independent, proactive, organized and able to work under pressure. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. 
  • Good command of English and Cantonese is a must. 
  • Interested to work in the advertising industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred 

Working hours per week: 

5 full days per week (from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
