Job Description

SBA is seeking a skilled negotiator to build its contract and temp staff services.

Your Role with

  • Connect with existing and new clients to position the service
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, timely collections with tact and courtesy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with temp pool supervision quality/quantity output
  • Handle ad hoc contacts for special promotions, peak periods and maternity cover
  • Check and prepare payments to staff with timely/accurate record keeping

What we look for in YOU

  • High level of English and emotional maturity
  • Experience with clients in any service industry with good presentation skills
  • Extrovert personality with ability to be calm in meeting priorities
  • Able to troubleshoot when difficulties arise
  • Degree Holder with experience in basic payroll and time sheet checking
