Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Company to comply with related internal Compliance Standards and Policies, and adhere to applicable legislations and regulations
  • Identify new and relevant legislations, regulations and codes from regulatory bodies, and establish relevant compliance obligations for the Company
  • Prepare and update Company Compliance Standard and Policies in accordance with latest business, Group and regulatory requirements
  • Provide ongoing Compliance support to the Company including training and advice to teammates.
  • Identify and develop plans / strategies for risk management activities
  • Oversee, monitor, review and control all aspects of risk management activities
  • Examine new initiatives from the Company or regulatory bodies and assess them from a Compliance and risk management perspective
  • Collaborate with and provide advice to teammates for business process improvement and workflow solutions to mitigate risks
  • Ensure Company staff are kept up to date and informed regarding company’s risk and compliance framework
  • Implement regular Compliance and Risk assessment, monitoring and review.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects, as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Risk Management or Laws from a recognized university
  • Professional qualifications in Compliance, Law or Risk Management will be an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in related areas in financial institutions and experience in insurance field will be an asset
  • Hands-on experience in implementing compliance and risk management frameworks
  • Understanding of regulatory environment of financial sector in Hong Kong
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, resilient, hardworking and detail oriented
  • Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • 檢閱監管機構頒佈相關法律法規和規範,並為公司製定相應的合規政策
  • 為團隊成員提供培訓和指導,並監督風險管理工作各環節
  • 製定風險管理工作的計劃政策
  • 跟進公司或監管機構所制定的新措,並從合規和風險管理的角度對其進行評估
  • 協作並以風險管理角度對流程改進提出建議
  • 確保公司員工了解公司的風險合規範疇的最新信息
  • 定期實施合規風險評估,監督和審查
  • 根據需要履行其他相關職責

 

崗位要求

  • 具有認可的大學本科或同等的學歷,主修風險管理或法律者優先
  • 具有法律、合規或風險管理的專業資格者更佳
  • 具備不於五年在金融機構相關領域保險領域的工作經驗
  • 具有實施合規和風險管理框架的實踐經驗
  • 了解香港金融業的監管環境
  • 熟練英語會話及,懂普通話更佳
  • 擁有良好人際關係技巧溝通能力靈活,勤奮和细心
  • 能夠獨立處理工作和可以同時兼任種不同的任務
