Job Description

Our client, a well-known MPF Company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

Responsibilities

Senior Client Service, Pension Administration

  • Provide MPF scheme administration support, such as enrollment, contribution, switching and termination (align with all regulatory requirements)
  • Handle customers' enquiries and provide possible solutions
  • Perform clerical duties including data input, scanning and filing

Supervisor, Pension Administration

  • Lead the team to provide the daily operations of MPF scheme administration, such as enrollment, contribution, termination and withdrawal of accrued benefits, to ensure compliance with all statutory requirements
  • Ensure smooth running of the account assigned, and follow up with outstanding issues
  • Handle customers' enquiries and complaints, provide possible solutions
  • Handle UAT and ad-hoc project

 Call Center – Inbound / Outbound

  • Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines & emails
  • Provide outbound service support through clients’ loyalty programs.

 

Requirements

Pension Administration

  • Associate Degree or above and at least 1 year working experience is preferred
  • Basic MPF knowledge
  • Customer focused, with good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

Supervisor, Pension Administration

  • Degree holder or above and at least 3 years' solid experience in handling Pension / MPF/ ORSO Scheme Administration
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese 

Call Center – Inbound / Outbound

  • Form 5 or above and 1 year call center experience
  • Good understanding of MPF and ORSO is preferable
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English is a must
