It’s impossible to list everything you’ll do here because every day is different. But a few things are clear, you’ll:
Responsible for overseeing the supply chain functions including sourcing, demand and supply planning and purchasing and sales order processing operation. Streamline and maintain appropriate workflows and systems to ensure the operation efficiency.
Manage a supply chain team to support all supply chain related activities
Manage 3rd party service provider to ensure their performance to meet KPI standard
Monitor the operation of distributors and review their performance regularly
Develop long and short term strategies with plants to cater market trend
Develop and standardize operation reporting and KPI reporting to the management and regional team. Supervise physical inventory and control the inventory level to meet company budget. Monitor and control the supply chain cost to achieve maximum cost saving
Drive supply chain wise projects for continuous process improvement and meet customer needs
Arrange product re-call for quality issue products
Liaise with internal and external suppliers to ensure the prompt shipment and resolve any difficulties encounter
Highly skilled at MS office and ERP system;
Be familiar with SOX requirements;
Strong communication skills dealing with cross functional team;
Ability to manage people and projects;
Demonstrate business acumen;
Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective supply chain cost and assets management
Degree holder in related fields.
At least 10 years working experience in supply chain operation management and at least 5 years in supervisor level
Experience is 3PL management is a plus
