Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Supply Planning team to improve on and execute current planning processes and then to monitor and report out on monthly basis.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and swings from regions
  • Communication with regions and production planning teams for any order/shipment change requests
  • Engage with development / commercialization team members to understand product buy readiness and analyze any potential risks
  • Maintain planning databases and other information source documents
  • Good Power Point skills to put the material together by analysis the risk and opportunities and present to senior management and business team.
  • Capable to deal with multiple tasks with time management under pressure.
  • Strong logic to provide the solution / mitigation plan in solid detail number.
  • Strong communication skill needed and problem resolving capability between various department & countries.   

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree holder
  • At least 2 years’ experience in planning, with ideally some exposure to manufacturing and/or consumer goods such as footwear, clothing, bags
  • Good communication and negotiation skill
  • Strong team and collaborative skills Excellent Excel (pivot table, vlookup), Power Point and Presentation skill. 
  • Must be analytics, process and strong logic thinking
  • Experience with working in a team spread out in various geographical locations
  • Able to adapt into the new environment and new process very quick, open minded of thinking, accountable attitude and always proactively think of the next step.
  • Well organized to perform into the system thinking and enhance process through the team and efficiency communication skill is required as well.
  • On the work, must be flexible, curious and analytical
  • Strong team player – being part of a diverse team, spread out in Hong Kong and Zhongshan
  • Strong execution capability and support to the team.
  • Excellent Chinese / English written and Verbal communication
