About the role
This role will be responsible for a wide range of financial system related matters including system operation & management, process improvement and development of software applications. This role will also participate in cross-regional system enhancement projects
and gain a great exposure from various regions. Reporting to regional manager and working in a multicultural and vibrant team. Excellent remunerative package and promising career progression will be offered to selected candidate.
- Coordinate with the IT and regional teams on systems related issues, including problem shooting, resolution and enhancements, system upgrade and testing
- Serve as the initial contact for system support for the region, including trouble-shooting, fixing finance related system and process issues
- Oversee all finance and accounting related system configuration setup and implement changes to comply with business requirements
- Support in trainings for various business units and key users in using system to ensure reliability and accuracy of accounting data in the system
- Assist manager to perform review and analysis of existing processes, records, reports, and user comments to identify system and regulatory problems
- Support in monitoring and maintaining group’s financial systems, encompass recommendations on software application development & management of application changes
- Communicate with regional teams to identify improvement needs on existing accounting system, processes and procedures
- Support and responsible for financial system month end closing
- Carry out any other duties as requested
Ideal Candidate should have the followings:
- Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Information Technology or related
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experiences from MNC company
- Candidate with experience in cross-regional system management will be an advantage
- Previous experience and knowledge in Oracle systems is preferred
- Strong written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese
- Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and tight timelines
- Immediate available will be an advantage
