Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as in-house assistant to administrate and maintain all IT aspects including hardware, software and network troubleshooting;
  • Performing regular system monitoring, data backup server administration, company web site basic maintain;
  • Work closely and manage Service Providers and Vendors to provide service or solutions to business requirements;
  • To co-ordinate with HKEx and participate in any required testing and system upgrade from HKEx and/or related parties;
  • Keep up to date and understand IT related guidelines from SFC, and keep all system in line with SFC requirements.

 

Requirements

  • HD in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines;
  • Working experience in financial institution is MUST
  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in system administration, application support, Firewall and VPN setup is an advantage;
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office, on configuration and end user support;
  • Experience in supporting ERP system is preferred;
  • Knowledge in Java, VB, Dot Net, SQL statement is preferred;
  • With hands-on experience in Windows Server and Linux server;
  • Relevant experience in financial institutions, familiar with regulations is preferable;
  • Good knowledge in help desk services and troubleshooting skill;
  • Able to work independent, responsible and well-organized;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
