Job Description


Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Information Technology, you will work in our corporate office in Hong Kong, and play a major role in providing technical support and maintaining the technology infrastructure.


As a System Administrator, we rely on you to: 

  • Provide technical support for all aspects of the back-end IT infrastructure including:Perform performance management and capacity planning
    • Windows Active Directory
    • Virtualized servers (VMWare / Hyper-V / KVM)
    • Storage Area Network
    • Office 365 / Azure Platform
    • Network firewalls, switches
    • Connectivity infrastructure
  • Evaluate, analyze, design and implement new projects in IT infrastructure
  • Manage disaster recovery planning and ensure smooth cutover during outages
  • Co-ordinate with IT vendors to deploy appropriate hardware, network devices and software solutions
  • Participate in an after-hours, rotating support duty roster to remotely provide technical support during critical system outages
  • Perform duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor or senior management


We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has an University Degree in Information Technology or relevant field
  • Certified in VCP5 (VMware Certified Professional), MCSA (Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate), MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert)
  • Possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure technical design and support
  • Experience in using VMware vCenter for virtualization management
  • Technical support experience in SAN (HPE 3PAR, Nimble, EMC Unity, Pure)
  • Good spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
