Job Description


  • Responsible for eBilling system administration and management of the Legal Tracker software including matter set-up and invoice approval.
  • Conduct audits to assess daily feeds for law firm invoice payments and interface with law firms regarding timekeeper rates, invoices, other matters to troubleshoot issues and resolve them.
  • Be the central point of contact for Legal Tracker, supporting the global legal department’s daily use of this tool, including triage and incident tracking with the vendor, testing as needed, etc.
  • Responsible for the interaction Interact in a collegial manner with all members of the overseas legal department.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Tracker Coordinator including preparation of expense reports, etc.
  • Maintain system data clean-up and updates in the Legal Tracker database.



  • Minimum years’ experience: 3 years with enterprise e-billing systems administration in a legal environment
  • Education Type: Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Legal Tracker software preferred
  • Previous experience with eBilling or similar enterprise legal management systems (e.g., TyMetrix, Serengeti, etc.) desirable
  • Must be able to work in a team oriented fun and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent telephone and communication skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Able to speak Mandarin and able to input Chinese
  • Able to read / write English to respond to email


*6 months contract (subject to renewal), 5 days work in Causeway Bay, Mon to Fri
