Job Description

Our client, a famous mobile company under System Operation & Maintenance, is looking for System Engineer (Linux and Unix) for their team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Closely work with external vendors for system support
  • Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
  • Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
  • Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years related experience in Linux/ Unix System Admin. and infrastructure support
  • Experienced with UNIX and Linux, virtualization technologies and SAN infrastructure products, backup products, knowledge in Apache/Tomcat
  • Experienced with scripting languages and vendor management is a big advantage
  • Non-office hour support is required
