Job Description

To help implement a new DMS / Dealer Management System

About the job

  • One-man band in the project team to coordinate/ manage with internal resources, third parties and vendors to source & implement a Dealer Management System for automotive business
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget constrains
  • Define project scopes and objectives, engage business and technical stakeholders to ensure feasibility - technically and commercially
  • Develop project plans and monitoring mechanism to keep track on project progress
  • Maintain and manage relationship with stakeholders, third parties and vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

About the person

  • Bachelor Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of working experience as a project manager
  • Knowledge in accounting or Dealer Management system will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent logical thinking and solid organizational skills including attention to details under multi-tasking environment
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and coordination skills
  • Immediate available or short notice is preferred
  • 1 year contract with completion bonus will be offered to the right candidate
