Job Description

Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: 

  • Be responsible for the talent recruitment activities including full recruitment cycle process from job posting to offer stage and beyond, especially to organise and host recruitment/career fairs, pre-employment screening, compensation & benefits, training & development and employee relations;
  • Effectively source and match candidates to positions.
  • Execute recruiting and advertising strategies to identify and attract talent candidates
  • Develop and review Human Resources policy and procedures to match with business demand and strategies;
  • Lead or participate in ad hoc projects as required.

 

 

 Compensation and Benefit:

 

  • Drive annual compensation process including salary review, budgeting, incentive schemes to facilitate recruitment and retention program;
  •  Compile management reports and statistical analysis;
  • Employee benefits enrolment/disenrollment and associated administration
  • Review and prepare annual group benefit renewals including: medical, dental, life and travel insurance
  • Develop and review Human Resources policy and procedures to match with business demand and strategies;

 

 

Payroll Administration

  • Monthly payroll processing
  • Year-end Tax filing
  • MPF pension administration
  • Manage time reporting / leave record administration and maintenance
  • Collect and maintain employee forms/documents, personnel records, training records and personnel files

 

  

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ talent acquisition (in particular talent search  and organising recruitment/career fairs) experience in  banking & finance industry is a MUST;

• Well-versed with the Employment Ordinance and related legislation in Hong Kong;

• Detail-oriented, good in numbers and analytical skills;

• Organized, open-minded, tactful, and proactive;

• A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;

• Proficiency in MS Office;

• Good command of English and Chinese.
