Job Description


Employer Branding

  • Design company’s EVP to engage internal and external candidates.
  • Communicate Employer Brand both internally and externally
  • Plan and execute Employer brand building and employee relation programs to increase staff engagement and morale. 


  • Oversee corporate talent acquisition strategy, manpower planning, and recruitment budget.
  • Co-ordinate and build a yearly plan for manpower supply and demand, establish manpower needs for each individual functions.
  • Develop, review and maintain a job description for all positions to meet hiring objectives, coach line managers to write job descriptions.
  • Guide and coach stakeholders in the application of recruitment tools & processes
  • Monitor recruitment cost effective recruitment activities expenses against approved budget.
  • Review recruitment channels, monitor the effectiveness of search firms and consultants, develop creative talent sourcing approaches to fulfill staffing requirements.
  • Review the recruitment process and documents, establish the standard.
  • Develop and apply assessment tools to guarantee the inflow and quality of the talent pipeline.
  • Launch and manage internal referral & application process.
  • Supervise selection process & take part in the interview process.
  • Prepare monthly recruitment report to Management
  • Supervise the keeping of recruitment records and talent inventory


  • Conduct market research on sources of talent, collect market intelligence on reward trends through hiring processes and validate market C&B information and feedback to the C&B team for setting reward strategies.
  • Coordinate with C&B team on remuneration packages for new hires, staff movement and position.
  • Provide on-going coaching to the team and establish HR capabilities in the areas of recruitment and retention.
  • Perform HR policies and procedures review, and ad-hoc assignments and projects as assigned by the management.


  • Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources Management, Management or related discipline 
  • Above 5 years of working experience of recruiting and at least 1 year as a team leader
  • Working experience of Digital or Beauty industry
  • Experience in employer branding activities
  • Understand different assessment tools for various positions
  • Well versed in various recruitment channels and solid knowledge in interview methodology
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solver and multi-task player
  • Good ability for decision making and manage priorities
  • Strong understanding of the application of labor laws and legal requirements
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
