Job Duties:

• Work with Head of HR to manage the development of the strategic and operational talent acquisition plans to execute our Employer of Choice agenda and oversee related recruitment policies, protocols and procedures in support of business expansion
• Build talent acquisition capability so that the resourcing and talent needs of the businesses are met innovatively and cost effectively; build networks and partnerships within local communities (e.g. Universities, Industrial Association and Job Board) and prepare seasoned designed collateral to promote the Chubb Life employment brand and career opportunities 
• Effectively source qualified talents through a wide variety of recruitment channels including Internal Referral, Recruitment Agency, Job Fairs, Career Exhibitions, Seminars, Institution Recruitment, Social / Online / Media Recruitment Campaigns, etc
• Manage the end to end recruitment process, from drafting job descriptions, executing advertisements and talent search, candidate selection to interviewing, negotiating and extending job offer.
• Actively build executive pipelines to facilitate timely hiring  
• Prepare regular analyzing reports on market surveys, market comparisons and reports for management's review  
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable requirements in accordance to HK Employment Ordinance
• Drive special projects initiatives and perform ad-hoc tasks to achieve the Company’s objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor-degree in any discipline preferably with HR qualification  
• Minimum 8 years of solid work experience with a mix of search firm and in-house recruiting experience is preferred
• Experience in Insurance industry is advantageous but not a must
• Strong in Linkedin talent search and online job portal design & development
• A positive team player with good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills who performs well under pressure and is a collaborative relationship builder
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage high volume of recruitment needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint and Photoshop application
• Immediate available is an added advantage
