POSITION DESCRIPTION – Senior Recruiter
The Lenovo Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition team is a team of recruitment specialists who are responsible for the sourcing, selection and on boarding of the best talent in our industry. With coverage across all countries in Asia Pacific, we provide the Lenovo
business with end to end recruitment services covering all areas of our business from client facing functions to corporate functions and technology. Your role within our team will be to support our growth objectives in across the region from one of the following
potential locations; Kuala Lumpur, Hong Kong, Taipei or Sydney.

This role is an individual contributor responsible for applying skills and knowledge to partner effectively with the business in a recruitment capacity. We are looking for an experienced Recruiter level candidate with in country focus in one of the above locations:
Develop and manage strong relationships across multiple business lines locally and regionally.
Educate hiring managers on recruitment process and best practice.
The Recruiter shall be professional capable of managing full cycle recruiting efforts for a complex Global Company.
Develop plans to attract required skill sets that will ensure top talent is available to support Lenovo's objectives within in the business units
Support hiring managers in identifying interview evaluation criteria and competencies; establish a consistent and valid candidate assessment process.
Interface with hiring managers and candidates to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management.
Deliver results with limited supervision, and to effectively manage multiple projects and candidates
Prepare and support hiring manager during the interview process to ensure interviews are conducted efficiently and professionally.
Manage candidate process and be an advocate to ensure internal and external equity.
Manage offer process, reference checks, and salary recommendations.
Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast paced, changing work environment.
Participate in related programs and process improvement projects as needed.
Achieve high levels of internal customer satisfaction.
Effectively balance employee advocacy with strong focus on business needs.
Participate in Corporate Talent Acquisition initiatives and partner with Corporate Talent Acquisition team members to delivery best in class Talent Acquisition services.
Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements
Administer and resolve employee matters, effectively mitigating risk to the company
• University degree in any discipline, preferred Human Resources and Business
• Minimum 3-5 years sourcing/recruiting experience with at least 3-5 years in a corporate environment
• Proven expertise in customer relationship management; strong consultative skills
• Prior experience with a variety of proactive sourcing techniques and channels
• Advanced ability to develop recruiting strategies for the sourcing, evaluation and selection of corporate talent.
•Excellent negotiation skills
•Prior experience with PeopleFluent applicant tracking system
•Experience partnering with managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process to coach and guide them on best practice
•The ability to build a sourcing and recruiting strategy for a range of roles, levels, and functions
•Good knowledge of HR practices and legislations
•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
•Willingness to learn from, and share your knowledge with other team members
•Ability to multi task and handle multiple competing priorities with minimal direction
