We are helping our clients, leading company in the market, to seek for Talent Acquisition Specialists for their in-house HR department.
- Responsible for full
spectrum of recruitment, selection, offering and onboarding process
- Sourcing, screening and conduct interviews to shortlist candidate through different channels
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build strong and trustful working relationship
- Act as brand ambassador by promoting client's branding to attract and retain the best talent in the market
- Handle ad hoc projects as assigned
- Diploma or above
- 3 years in the recruitment function or equivalent with strong business sense
- Recruitment experience in IT/Insurancesectors is definitely an advantage
- Exposure in sizable MNC working environment is an asset
- Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable, self-disciplined, detail-minded and able to work independently
