We are helping our clients, leading company in the market, to seek for Talent Acquisition Specialists for their in-house HR department.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment, selection, offering and onboarding process
  • Sourcing, screening and conduct interviews to shortlist candidate through different channels
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build strong and trustful working relationship
  • Act as brand ambassador by promoting client's branding to attract and retain the best talent in the market
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 3 years in the recruitment function or equivalent with strong business sense
  • Recruitment experience in IT/Insurancesectors is definitely an advantage
  • Exposure in sizable MNC working environment is an asset
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adaptable, self-disciplined, detail-minded and able to work independently
