The manager of Talent Management will be responsible for designing and driving the firmwide talent strategy through expertise and collaboration with key stakeholders. Additionally, will lead the holistic talent strategy - assessment, development, Talent Management and Organizational Development (i.e. performance, engagement, change management and culture). The VP will work with the HRBP, to implement and execute as well as consult where needed.
