Job Description

We are looking for a Team Assistant to join our Hong Kong office. 

Your responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support to Business Development team
  • Assist in organising client events
  • Perform data entry and maintain client records in CRM & ERP system  
  • Handle travel reimbursement on ERP system
  • Manage schedule for Team members
  • Other ad hoc projects / tasks assigned by Manager
  • Managing marketing materials (e.g. finding vendors & ordering, keeping track of stock, mailing to other Fiducia offices)
  • Assist in creating/formatting PowerPoint presentations

Who are we looking for:

  • Associate Degree / Degree in Business related field
  • Good English & Chinese level, able to work in a team of foreign staff
  • At least 1 year relevant working experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word & MS PowerPoint
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment
  • Advantageous to have skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/InDesign)
